4CG Construction managed construction on the $500,000, 13-lot subdivision in the City of Exeter. 4CG bid out and hired all subcontractors which included getting multiple bids from local contractors and ensuring that all necessary aspects were covered by their bids. Once subcontractors were selected we coordinated all contracts, certificates of insurance, monthly invoices, any necessary change orders and all sub-contractor and supplier lien releases. We managed the project schedule to ensure that all sub-contractors were on time and on site when needed.
