A $1.1 Million, 16 lot subdivision in the City of Visalia, 4CG Construction contributed in all phases of the Rancho Sierra Project. 4CG provided the subdivision map, civil improvement plans and topographic maps for presentation to the City of Visalia for approval. Upon approval of the plans, 4CG handled utility coordination and provided construction staking.

During the construction phase of the project, 4CG Construction handled all aspects of construction management, including bidding and hiring contractors, monitoring progress and ensuring timely billing, payment and project completion.
